Minimum order $10.00. Delivery is always FREE. Pay just the product price.
Free Same day / Next day delivery for orders above S$80. Free delivery within 3 working days for orders less than $80.00. Track your delivery through link sent to your registered email.

All products are delivered from our warehouse in North East Singapore.
Book your orders online, Contact customer support to self collect. Self collect is available on Saturdays only at our warehouse at Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5, Techplace II.
Please note we would try to faciliate self collection on best efforts basis and not guaranteed.

Payment
We offer a range of online payment options. Pay using PayNow / Credit Card / Debit Card / GrabPay.

We use PayNow or Stripe.com & Hit-pay.com - MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) regulated payment providers to process your payments. You enter your card details in Hit-Pay/ Stripe website. Cloudmart does not collect or store your card details. Shop with peace of mind on cloudmart Asia.

Product Quality, Returns & Refunds
Products with no mentioning of expiry dates / Near expiry notes:
a) Products with shelf life of 2 year or above will have best before date of atleast 3 months
b) Products with shelf life of 10 months or above will have best before date of atleast 2 months
c) Products with shelf life of 6 months or above will have best before date of atleast 1 month
For products with shorter best before date, will be clearly informed in description section.
If in case you receive products that does not adhere to above policy, please reach out to our Customer Support.
