Minimum order is $4.00 to checkout. Delivery is FREE once every Month (Get coupon from Facebook / Whatsapp).
Packages delivered within 3 working days. Track your delivery through link sent to your registered email.

All products are delivered from our warehouse in North East Singapore.
Book your orders online, Contact customer support to self collect. Self collect is available on Saturdays only at our warehouse at Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5. Chat with us for appointment.
Payment
We offer a range of online payment options. Pay using PayNow / Credit Card / Debit Card / GrabPay.

We use PayNow or Stripe.com & Hit-pay.com - MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) regulated payment providers to process your payments. You enter your card details in Hit-Pay/ Stripe website. Cloudmart does not collect or store your card details. Shop with peace of mind on cloudmart Asia.

Product Quality, Returns & Refunds
At Cloudmart Asia, we strive to offer most fresh stock as possible. Most of our products will mention clearly the Best before dates.
For those products that does not have Best before date mentioned, following days are followed:
a) Products with shelf life of 24 Months or above will have best before date of atleast 6 months
b) Products with shelf life of 12 months or above will have best before date of atleast 3 months
c) Products with shelf life of 6 months or above will have best before date of atleast 1.5 month
For products with shorter best before date, will be clearly informed in description section.
If in case you receive products that does not adhere to above policy, You will receive a refund on the product

Refunds:
Insects found in product: 110% refund of product value
Expired Item received: 130% refund of product value
Incorrect item sent : 100% refund of product value
Missing item : 100% refund of product value

Returns:
Customer can return back products for whatsoever reason in full or part.
Cloudmart Asia will arrange pick up from your place to return
What you do:
Pack the items in same box as delivered
Take Photo of the products that are to be returned
Seal the box so that items can safely be transported
Handover to the package to the courier (J&T or Ninja Van or Singpost)
Once we receive the product refund will be processed. Return fee of $4.40 towards courier charges will be deducted.
Following to be adhered for a successful refund:
a) Items should be in original purchase condition
b) All packing of each item must remains unopened
c) Products are not defaced in any manner
d) Photos of the defective product with other items in the same delivery.
Refund value will be calculated after prorated deduction of any discount coupons applied
We reserve rights to reject refund request
