Collected in the year 2018 along the Outskirts of Kodaikanal Range, Tamilnadu. Kurinji Honey is one Unique, Exotic and Rare type of honey, where the flower blooms once in 12 years over different ranges of Western ghats in different timeline. This Honey has a unique Taste and Texture loved by the Honey Collectors. The Honey at the time of collection (2018) was Semi Transparent with Greenish Yellow colour, which eventually turned Dark over years of storage with the same Taste and Texture. Filled with anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory and immunity boosting properties, Kurinji Honey really is a bliss to try for at least once in a lifetime.
